Native from France, Boolfight is an alternative rock trio that took advantage of a few years spent in California to mix various influences and create a truly personal sound that is at the same time not scared of being pop.

In 2004, the band thus recorded a self-titled EP in San Francisco - some demos had made it to the ears of producers Steve Bradley (No Doubt) and Dave Tweedie of Chocolate O'Brian, who recognized a strong potential. The single "Been Down", lifted from this EP, was recently in the top 10 on Virgin's billboard in France. Boolfight took this opportunity to tour and performed in several prestigious venues in Europe.

Now based in Paris, Boolfight has not decreased its musical creativity: 15 new songs are currently competing to be on the new album that will see the light in 2008. The album is mixed by A. Gaillet who worked with Brian Molko (Placebo), Mademoiselle K, M83, Elista among others. The band plans on touring, following the release of the album...
